Its halogen-free and flame-retardant properties also meet the safety requirements of building integration, avoiding potential fire hazards caused by cable aging. In addition, the cable’s conductor is made of 99.99% tinned stranded copper, which has better electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance than ordinary copper conductors, ensuring efficient power transmission of the PV system.

For the fixed internal wiring of the building and the connection of distribution boards and lighting circuits, we providedH07V-U single-core wire, which is a global standard for fixed internal wiring. The key specification 1x2.5 mm H07V-U was widely used in the project, with a supply quantity of 9,200 meters; in addition, we also provided 1x1.5mm and 1x4.0mm H07V-U wires, with a total supply of 15,000 meters. H07V-U wire is a single-core PVC insulated wire, complying with IEC 60227-3 and EN 50525-2-31 standards. Its solid class 1 copper conductor and compact structure make it suitable for fixed installation in conduits and trunking systems, and its maximum continuous operating temperature of 70℃ can adapt to the indoor and outdoor environment of the project. Compared with other similar wires, our H07V-U wire has higher insulation resistance (≥2000 MΩ·km at room temperature) and better dielectric performance, effectively preventing leakage and short circuit risks.
For the control system of the PV BIPV project, including the connection of inverters, controllers and monitoring equipment, we provided KVV control cable, which is a copper-core PVC insulated and sheathed control cable, suitable for fixed laying of control, monitoring and signal transmission lines. We provided three specifications according to the number of control signals: KVV 10×1.5mm², KVV 14×1.0mm² and KVV 7×2.5mm², with a total supply of 6,000 meters. KVV control cable has excellent anti-interference performance, which can ensure the stable transmission of control signals and avoid signal distortion affecting the operation of the PV system. Its multi-core structure also saves installation space and improves construction efficiency.
In addition, considering the common needs of African and Middle Eastern markets, we also supplemented YJV 3×10+1×6mm² power cable for the main power transmission of the project, with a supply of 3,000 meters, which has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and large current-carrying capacity, perfectly adapting to the harsh working environment of the project.

For example, in the insulation resistance test, our cables have a room temperature insulation resistance of ≥2000 MΩ·km, which is twice that of CE-certified products; in the high-temperature aging test, our products can maintain stable performance after 1000 hours of aging at 105℃, while ordinary CE-certified products often fail to meet this standard.
