Compared with ordinary PV cables on the market, our 2x4mm PV Cable uses 125℃ XLPE insulation and sheath materials, which can withstand a temperature range of -40℃ to +90℃, and has excellent UV resistance and aging resistance, with a service life of more than 25 years, fully adapting to the harsh outdoor environment of the Jordan Valley. In addition, we also provided 4x2.5mm PV Cable and 1x6mm PV Cable for the project, with a total quantity of 85,000 meters, used for different parts of the photovoltaic system according to the power transmission demand.

The second core product is Bare Copper Wire, which is used for the grounding system of the photovoltaic power station and the aquaculture base. The grounding system is crucial to the safety of the entire project, especially in the photovoltaic system, which needs to effectively guide lightning current to the ground to avoid equipment damage. Our Bare Copper Wire is made of high-purity electrolytic copper, with a conductor resistance of 5.09Ω/km at 20℃, which is lower than the industry average, ensuring efficient grounding. Compared with galvanized steel wire commonly used in some African markets, our Bare Copper Wire has better electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, and does not easily rust or break, ensuring the long-term stability of the grounding system.
The third core product is Submersible Pump Cable, which is used to supply power to the submersible pumps in the aquaculture base. The submersible pumps work underwater for a long time, so the cable must have excellent water resistance, corrosion resistance, and pressure resistance. We provided 3x4mm²+1x2.5mm² Submersible Pump Cable and 3x6mm²+1x4mm² Submersible Pump Cable for the project, with a total quantity of 18,000 meters. This cable adopts special PVC compound materials that are resistant to water, oil, acids, and alkalies, complying with IS:694 and BS:6500 standards. Compared with ordinary submersible cables, our product can effectively prevent water leakage and short circuits, and the flexible conductor design is convenient for installation in narrow underwater spaces. In addition, we also supplemented 2.5mm² PVC Insulated Wire and 4mm² PVC Insulated Wire according to the African market habits, with a total quantity of 25,000 meters, used for the internal wiring of the project’s distribution boxes and control cabinets.
