Unlike THHN wires, which have a rated temperature of only 60°C in humid environments, XHHW can maintain stable performance in both dry and humid environments, and its rated temperature reaches 90°C — XHHW electric cable high temp 90C perfectly adapts to the high-temperature environment near the sugar mill’s drying equipment and the humid environment in the processing workshop. In addition, the XLPE insulation layer of XHHW is thicker and more wear-resistant, which can effectively resist the corrosion of sugarcane juice and other chemical substances, ensuring a longer service life. Compared with local BrazilianXHHW products, our products have the same quality but a 15%-20% lower price, which greatly reduces the customer’s budget pressure.

The second core product is MV-90 medium-voltage cable, which is used for the medium-voltage power transmission of the sugar mill’s supporting power facilities. We provided MV-90 cables with a voltage rating of 15kV, including 3/C 250 MCM and 3/C 350 MCM sizes. MV-90 is a medium-voltage cable with a maximum operating temperature of 90°C, which is specially designed for industrial occasions with high power demand. Compared with other medium-voltage cables such as MV-105, MV-90 has a more reasonable price while meeting the power transmission needs of the sugar mill, and its insulation performance is more stable in high-temperature environments. The sugar mill’s power system requires low voltage drop and small cable size to save installation space, and MV-90 cables can achieve this effect well, as medium-voltage systems have lower current draw than low-voltage systems, reducing voltage drop and cable size significantly. Our MV-90 cables also adopt a thermosetting insulation layer and a wear-resistant outer jacket, which can adapt to the harsh industrial environment of the sugar mill.
The third core product is UF-B Wire, which is mainly used for the outdoor and underground power supply of the sugar mill, such as the power supply of outdoor lighting, irrigation pumps, and remote auxiliary facilities. UF-B Wire has a thick PVC outer jacket that is resistant to moisture, UV rays, and soil corrosion, which is very suitable for the underground and outdoor environment of the sugar mill. Compared with ordinary underground cables, UF-B Wire has higher safety and durability, and its rated operating temperature of 90°C can adapt to the outdoor high-temperature environment in São Paulo State. In addition, our UF-B Wire uses high-purity bare copper conductors, which have excellent conductivity and energy efficiency, ensuring stable power supply for outdoor equipment.
