Customized Breakthrough: Solving Every Core Pain Point with Compliant Products
In response to the customer's four major difficulties, we did not adopt conventional standardized products, but tailored a set of highly adaptable cable solutions combined with the actual project needs. To solve the problem of "complex rooftop space and difficult wiring", we abandoned the rigid conventional cables and equipped the project with high-flexibility solar PV DC cables (Class 5 conductor). The core product is H1Z2Z2-K model PV Cable, choosing two mainstream specifications: 4mm² (suitable for short-distance wiring at the edge of the rooftop) and 6mm² (suitable for long-distance wiring in the center of the warehouse). The cable adopts tinned copper conductor, which has excellent corrosion resistance, combined with double-layer XLPO insulation design, and the high temperature resistance range can reach -40~120℃. It can not only adapt to the climate characteristics of low temperature in winter and high temperature in summer in Belgium, but also resist outdoor UV radiation for a long time to avoid aging and cracking of the insulation layer; at the same time, its advantage of small bending radius can flexibly adapt to the wiring needs of multi-slope rooftops and around obstacles, without a lot of cutting and splicing, reducing the number of joints, lowering the risk of failure, and making it more convenient for construction personnel to carry and lay.

Among them, N2XY model AC Cable (choosing 5×16mm² and 5×25mm² specifications) is used for AC transmission from the inverter to the power distribution system, with excellent insulation performance and low transmission loss; H07V-K model Earthing Cable (choosing 6mm² and 16mm² specifications) is responsible for the grounding protection of the entire system, and the grounding resistance meets EU standards, effectively avoiding the risk of electric leakage.
To solve the pain point of "low installation efficiency", we innovatively provide pre-assembled cables, completing the joint production at both ends of the cables in advance. Construction personnel can directly connect and install them without on-site operation; at the same time, all cables are printed with clear meter marks, which is convenient for accurate cutting and avoiding material waste. Finally, the original 20-day cable installation period was shortened to 14 days, and the installation efficiency was increased by 20–30%. At the same time, the supporting control cables are selected from LIYCY (shielded control cable) and KVV series. Among them, LIYCY model chooses 2×1.0mm² and 4×1.5mm² specifications, and KVV model chooses 4×1.5mm² and 7×1.5mm² specifications. The shielding design can effectively resist electromagnetic interference, ensure the stable communication between the monitoring system and the inverter, and avoid solar PV system failures caused by signal interference.
