The pure copper conductor (solid or stranded) with XLPE insulation is certified under UL 44 and available in 600V, 1000V, and 2000V ratings. XHHW-2 insulation maintains its electrical properties at 90°C in dry or wet conditions, offering effective resistance to oil, chemicals, and abrasion encountered in typical installation environments.
