Our 300 kcmil Aluminum XHHW / XHHW-2 wire is UL44 listed thermoset building wire, engineered with premium AA8000 series compact stranded aluminum alloy conductor and high moisture-resistant XLPE cross-linked polyethylene insulation. Rated 600V & 1000V, this cable supports continuous 90°C operation in both wet and dry locations, fully compliant with NEC Article 310, NEMA WC70 and ASTM B800 standards for North American commercial, industrial and municipal power distribution projects.
XHHW wire
XHHW / XHHW-2 wire is primarily used for installation in conduits, cable trays, or other approved raceway systems, and is suitable for power service entrances, feeders, and branch circuit wiring, meeting the installation requirements of relevant electrical codes.

The whole cable series is fully UL44 certified by Underwriters Laboratories. All electrical, thermal, mechanical and flame retardant performance meets UL44 standard requirements. Continuous UL traceable marking is printed on cable surface for official electrical inspection in North America.
