Single Core MV90 Cable
These single-core MV-90 primary underground distribution cables feature stranded aluminum conductors, EPR insulation, extruded semi-conducting shields, a concentric neutral of helically applied copper wires, and a rugged LLDPE jacket with three red stripes. UL1072 certified with 100% and 133% insulation levels across 15kV, 25kV, and 35kV voltage classes, they are rated for continuous 90°C operation with 105°C emergency overload capability. The LLDPE jacket provides excellent resistance to moisture, abrasion, and environmental stress. The Medium Voltage Underground Distribution (UD) cables consist of an Aluminum (filled or unfilled) conductor, covered with ethylene propylene rubber (EPR), a concentric neutral of helically applied copper wires, and a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) jacket with 3 extruded red stripes.
