This 5kV single-conductor shielded cable with 90 mils 100% insulation level is standard CTS MV-105 Power Cable, also named Type MV-105 Shielded Power Cable and 1/C Copper MV-105 Cable. As sturdy Copper MV Cable with Copper Tape Shield, it is constructed with copper conductor, EPR insulation, copper tape shield (CTS) and wear-resistant PVC jacket, specially engineered for indoor industrial conduit medium voltage power wiring.
Single Core MV105 Cable
Single-core MV105 cable refers to medium voltage single-conductor power cable rated 105°C maximum operating temperature. It only contains one copper conductor inside the cable structure, paired with independent insulation, shielding and outer jacket layers. Compared with multi-core medium voltage cables, single-core MV105 cable delivers more flexible laying performance inside industrial conduits, easier heat dissipation and stronger overload resistance. It is the mainstream cable choice for independent medium voltage branch circuits, factory power feeders and indoor substation wiring.

Its smooth PVC jacket makes pulling through conduits effortless, and this 1/C Copper MV-105 Cable maintains stable 105°C continuous operating temperature for long-term indoor factory use.
Product Description
The Medium Voltage, EPR/Cu Tape Shield/PVC, Type MV-105 Cable consist of fully annealed bare copper Class B stranded conductors, covered with ethylene propylene rubber (EPR), copper tape shield, and black PVC jacket. These cables are used in industrial power circuits.
